Tips and recommendations

Take care of your feet. A series of habits is very important, since it will enhance your current health and in future will be beneficial to the state of your feet and ankles.


We use shoes to protect our feet and prevent injury, but to be effective they must fit well, shoes that do not fit, or are too narrow, small or large are uncomfortable, and hurt and deformed the feet .

When choosing a shoe, we often considered aesthetics as important. From a practical point of view, they should be durable and provide protection and support to the feet, but above all be comfortable. How to choose men's shoes?

High heels and pointy shoes cause many orthopedic problems, are uncomfortable, hurt the toes, ankles, knees, calves and back. Most high heels are pointed and narrow, that make the toes come together into an uncomfortable triangular position. These shoes distribute the body's weight unevenly, place too much weight on the front of the foot and toes, this uneven distribution along with the triangular position of the toes, makes the person uncomfortable, feel pain and end up with hammer toes and other deformities.

The height of the heels is very important; the pressure that you feel on the foot can be doubled, the higher the heel, the more pressure you feel. If low-heeled shoes do not fit properly, they can cause problems and over time you can end up with permanent deformations.


How to choose an athletic shoe?

Athletic shoes are used to protect the feet from certain pressures that develop when playing sports, these give more traction to the athlete; for example footwear used to run is different from that used for aerobics. There are various designs, a variety of material, weight, type of laces and other factors that tend to protect the feet.

The most important aspect is that the shoe is comfortable, if the shoe fits well it will reduce blistering or any other skin irritation.
