Self-evaluation is overly influenced by body shape and weight, with mood changes, irritability, shame, negative feelings of anger and fear, social isolation and it is often to blame others for being overweight.
The patient diets a lot and constantly breaks them, he/she eats little in public and very fast, he/she eats a lot of junk food and weight, is the focus of his/her life.
Health problems are the same ones associated with overweight such as: hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, dyslipidemia for increased cholesterol and triglycerides, diabetes mellitus, hyper-or hypoglycemia, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular events and death.
The Alimentary Behavior Disorders are complex diseases that trap the patient little by little and the individual gradually becomes lost with great difficulty to recognize what he/she suffers, so treatment must be multi-and interdisciplinary with different specialists to address all impact areas, always supported by the family, which is essential for recovery.
